Most of our deliveries leave the same day after the custom printing or embroidery is complete via Australia Post. Once your order ships a tracking link is automatically send to the registered email. If you area local company we do welcome collection as well from our shop in Wangara, in fact most clients from Wanneroo, Malaga, Balcatta and Osborne Park prefer collection.

We supply both branded and unbranded workwear and uniforms, there are no minimum order quantities except for screen printing of garments due to high setup costs.

For online work uniforms orders we require payment upon placing an order. For large companies we generally offer a 30-day credit account which has to be pre-approved by us. In shop order will generally require a 50% payment upfront and the remaining amount to be paid on collection of the order from our Wangara Shop.

We have made the online ordering process simple and hence we do not charge for any setup on all our custom-branded work uniforms as long as the company logo is supplied in a vector files. If required, you can supply us the PMS color codes and brand guide as well to aid in the screen-printing process of your uniforms.

Yes, we can confirm that most of the workwear that we supply meets the rigorous safety and day night use safety standards such as AS/NZS 4602.1: 2024, AS/NZS 1906.4: 2023, AS/NZS4399. For Flame retardant clothing we also do have garments that will meet the relevant FR Workwear standards and supply both PPE1 and PPE2.

This all depends on the logo and what brand of garments are on the order as most big brands don’t have a warehouse in Perth and we have to order the garments from NSW or VIC and can take up to 2 weeks. Generally, we have a rough turnaround time of about 3 weeks, while the garments are ordered and in transit, we start the artwork and proof for your approval so that the garments artwork is all approved and ready to screen print of embroider as soon as they reach our warehouse.

If required, we can ship the samples to you but we will require to hold the credit card on files just in case they don’t get returned. Alternatively, you can pop into the shop and request samples for the garments, and they ca be picked up. Please do also note that we don’t offer samples of all the apparel that we supply as some uniform suppliers don’t allow samples. The most common samples in-store that we have are either from Biz Collection, Syzmik Workwear or Aussie Pacific who have warehouses in Perth.

Generally, for simple logos embroidery and screen printing is the best option but the issues arise when you require to screen print only 5 polos or t-shirts, this would not be possible as screen printing required a minimum of 11 garments of print in the same design, color and position as setting up the screens is very expensive. As design skills advance, we often see complicated logo with more than 2 colors or with gradient fills, this cannot be screen printed or embroidered so hence we recommend a digital print which is full color and is also suitable for smell runs of printing. The best option is unsure is to send us the logo and we will advise on how best to proceed.
