Custom Uniforms & Workwear FAQs
Answers to the questions we get asked most about ordering, branding, delivery and our range. Can't find what you need? Contact us or visit our Wangara showroom.
Ordering & customisation
No. We supply both branded and unbranded workwear and uniforms with no minimum order quantities – whether you're outfitting a small team or a large business. The one exception is screen printing, which needs a minimum run because of the setup costs. No minimums, no setup fees and flat-rate nationwide shipping.
We have made the online ordering process simple and hence we do not charge for any setup on all our custom-branded work uniforms as long as the company logo is supplied in a vector files. If required, you can supply us the PMS color codes and brand guide as well to aid in the screen-printing process of your uniforms.
Both embroidery and printing are available on polos, workwear, t-shirts, hi-vis and more. During the order process, upload your logo or provide the text, select your embellishment options and check out – it's as simple as customising a pizza order and selecting your toppings. Supply print-ready vector files and we won't charge for setup or digitising of your logo.
Generally, for simple logos embroidery and screen printing is the best option but the issues arise when you require to screen print only 5 polos or t-shirts, this would not be possible as screen printing required a minimum of 11 garments of print in the same design, color and position as setting up the screens is very expensive. As design skills advance, we often see complicated logo with more than 2 colors or with gradient fills, this cannot be screen printed or embroidered so hence we recommend a digital print which is full color and is also suitable for small runs of printing. The best option is unsure is to send us the logo and we will advise on how best to proceed.
As a general rule this is not possible as the logo is setup once and the same setup is used on all the garments regardless of size. The only time we do this is when we are custom dye sublimating polo shirts and clothing and this is referred to as nesting.
Most of our digital prints are sure to last between 20 to 30 washes bearing in mind that the DTF printed apparel should not be placed in a tumble dryer or direct sunlight. We do have a commercial garment digital printer and recently we have noticed that customer prefer this print to screen printing due to a more professional finished product.
This all depends on the logo and what brand of garments are on the order as most big brands don’t have a warehouse in Perth and we have to order the garments from NSW or VIC and can take up to 2 weeks. Generally, we have a rough turnaround time of about 3 weeks, while the garments are ordered and in transit, we start the artwork and proof for your approval so that the garments artwork is all approved and ready to screen print of embroider as soon as they reach our warehouse.
If you require your custom work uniforms and workwear by a certain date, please do let us know when placing the order so we can advise and see if we can accommodate the deadline. What we hate most is missing deadlines hence if we can’t do it, we won’t accept the order either.
As this is a design done from scratch it does take a while to get the final artwork done. Once the artwork and proof of the sublimation is approved it will take another 3 weeks for the items to arrive in Australia as all our sublimation factories are located overseas.
Absolutely you can, you can add as many items as you like, we will alter the prints or embroidery depending on the garment color so that they stand out and showcase you brand and logo.
Yes, simply contact our team with your requirements, and we’ll provide a fast quote for embroidered or custom-printed uniforms in bulk.
If required, we can ship the samples to you but we will require to hold the credit card on files just in case they don’t get returned. Alternatively, you can pop into the shop and request samples for the garments, and they can be picked up. Please do also note that we don’t offer samples of all the apparel that we supply as some uniform suppliers don’t allow samples. The most common samples in-store that we have are either from Biz Collection, Syzmik Workwear or Aussie Pacific who have warehouses in Perth.

It may feel daunting but don’t worry we are with you all along every step of the way.
For online work uniforms orders we require payment upon placing an order. For large companies we generally offer a 30-day credit account which has to be pre-approved by us. In shop order will generally require a 50% payment upfront and the remaining amount to be paid on collection of the order from our Wangara Shop.
We are sorry this form of payment is not recommended as the transmission is not secure and we don’t want to write down any card numbers. What you can do is choose from more secure payment options such as bank transfer, PayPal, online credit card payment, Apple Pay or Google pay online.
