Custom Hi Vis Clothing – FAQ’s
Can I customise the high visibility clothing with my company logo?
Yes, Flash Uniforms can help you customise and brand your high visibility workwear with ease. You can either use our online portal to add embroidery, screen printing or digital printing online or for complicated jobs please email us and we can advise accordingly.
How long will it take to customise my high vis clothing order?
Generally, our turnaround time is as below from artwork approval:
- Embroidery – 1-2 weeks
- Screen Printing – 1-2 weeks
- Digital Printing – 1 week
Customisation of the apparel is generally done within a week, what takes time is getting the garments in especially if there is no stock in the local Perth warehouse.
Upon placing my order for custom hi vis clothing what should I expect?
Once the order for the hi vis workwear is placed, our team will start to order the stock in, while this is in transit all the relevant artwork proofs will be prepared. This will then be emailed to you for approval while the stock is arriving. Once approved we wait for all the items to arrive, and we will embellish them as per the artwork proof. A dispatch notification will be sent once the order has either left our warehouse or is ready to collect from Flash Uniforms, 1/62 Destiny Way, Wangara, WA 6065.
Can I mix and match garments and sizes for my hi vis clothing?
Sure, you can, we get order for high vid t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies etc all the time. As long as the print or embroidery is the same size on all the garments you can mix and match, it doesn’t matter to us at all. If adding kid’s sizes, then this may be an issue as the garments are smaller and the logos need to be shrunk and additional charges may apply.
Are there any setup costs when ordering custom hi vis clothing?
At Flash Uniforms we do not charge for any setup costs as long as high resolution vector files are supplied. What about embroidery logo digitization? We do not charge for this also; all digitization is done at our cost hence we retain the files as there is no charge.
What does it mean that there is a colour change charge in screen printing hi vis clothing?
A colour change is required when ordering hi vis yellow or orange clothing and dark garments as well with the logo having elements that are black. For the dark garments we have to change the print to white, so we have to clean up the printing screen and change the colour and this takes time, hence the colour change charge. This fee only applied to screen printed garments.
Do you cater for bulk orders and rush orders of hi vis clothing?
We do cater for bulk orders all the time as we are a B2B supplier to many large and small companies alike. In case you have a tight deadline or a rush job please do contact us and we will advise you accordingly. If we take the job on be sure that we will only take it on if we can delivery on time. We don’t like to ruin our reputation hence we only take on jobs that we are confident we can deliver on time every time!
We are a large company; do you provide online uniforms management and ordering?
Yes, we do, we do have several large companies and universities that use our online portal effectively. If interested, please do send us an email with the set garment guidelines and we can provide a 30-day credit account and upload the garments online for staff to order directly from the portal making you workwear ordering and tracking much easier.
