Can I add my business logo on to the hi-vis workwear?

Yes, we offer the following custom embellishment options:

• Embroidery
• Screen printing
• Digital printing

Which customization option is the best for my high visibility workwear?

Generally, embroidery is a better option as it is hard wearing and very durable, but it is limited to small logos as it is charged based on the number of stitches and hence is preferred for the left breast only. For a large back we recommend a screen print or a digital print if the logo has a gradient fill or too many colours.

Are the hi-vis workwear garments compliant to Australia safety standards?

Yes, most of the garments we supply are from trusted Australia workwear brands and comply to AS/NZS high visibility and UV protection standards.

Do you charge any setup fees for embroidery or print and what files do we need to supply?

At Flash uniforms we DO NOT charge for any setup costs as long as the correct vector files are supplied. What we don’t accept is low resolution files, jpeg file, logos from chatgpt or Canva as they are not suitable for printing.

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom hi vis workwear?

For embroidery and digital printing, we do not have a minimum order quantity, but small runs are expensive, and the cost of the embellishment gets cheaper as the quantity increases.  For screen printing there is a minimum quantity of 11 garments due to the high setup costs.

Can I see artwork proof before production and what files do I need to supply?

Yes, artwork proofs are provided for most orders except small orders and repeat orders where there are no changes to the print or embroidery. We accept most vector files in .pdf, .ai or .cdr files.

Can you colour match our company logo?

Yes, we can match most logos to the exact PMS colours for printing, with regards to embroidery we do carry a vast range of thread colours but sometimes we may not have the exact colour match for rare colours and we will inform you accordingly on the closest match thread. 

What type of hi vis workwear clothing can be customized?

Generally, we can customize most types of hi vis workwear. Our most common items include polo shirts, jackets, hoodie, hi-vis shirts and vests.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Sure, you can, we can either supply a sample, or you can purchase a sample or alternatively you can visit us in store and we carry limited samples in store for some popular products.
