Can I add my business logo to the hi vis workwear?
Yes, we offer the following custom embellishment options:
- Embroidery
- Screen printing
- Digital printing
Which customisation option is best for my high visibility workwear?
Generally, embroidery is the better option as it is hard wearing and very durable, but it is limited to small logos because it is charged by the number of stitches, so it suits the left breast. For a large back we recommend a screen print, or a digital print if the logo has a gradient fill or many colours.
Are the hi vis workwear garments compliant with Australian safety standards?
Yes, most of the garments we supply are from trusted Australian workwear brands and comply with AS/NZS high visibility and UV protection standards.
Do you charge setup fees for embroidery or print, and what files do we need to supply?
At Flash Uniforms we do not charge setup costs as long as the correct vector files are supplied. We can't accept low resolution files, JPEG files, or logos from ChatGPT or Canva, as they are not suitable for printing.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom hi vis workwear?
For embroidery and digital printing there is no minimum order quantity, but small runs are expensive and the cost of the embellishment gets cheaper as the quantity increases. Screen printing has a minimum of 11 garments because of the high setup costs.
Can I see an artwork proof before production?
Yes, artwork proofs are provided for most orders, except small orders and repeat orders where there are no changes to the print or embroidery. We accept most vector files in .pdf, .ai or .cdr format.
Can you colour match our company logo?
Yes, we can match most logos to the exact PMS colours for printing. For embroidery we carry a vast range of thread colours, but for rare colours we may not have an exact match, and we will let you know the closest thread.
What type of hi vis workwear can be customised?
Generally, we can customise most types of hi vis workwear. Our most common items include polo shirts, jackets, hoodies, hi vis shirts and vests.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can supply a sample, you can purchase one, or you can visit us in store, where we carry limited samples of some popular products.
Does Flash Uniforms offer Australia-wide shipping?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide for a flat rate of $14.95, or you are welcome to visit our shop at 1/62 Destiny Way, Wangara, Perth WA 6065.
