Day or day/night hi vis?

  • Day hi vis uses fluorescent orange, pink or yellow fabric to stand out in daylight. It suits warehouses, depots and daytime site work.
  • Day/night hi vis adds retroreflective 3M or similar tape, so you are seen under headlights and site lighting. Most WA mine sites, rail corridors and roadworks require it.

Check your site's PPE rules and requirements before you order. Some sites also specify the tape pattern (hoop, cross-back or X-pattern) or the colour of the fluoro panels.

Hi vis made for WA heat

Perth summers are hot and the UV is extremely strong. For outdoor work, look for lightweight cotton drill or vented shirts with mesh panels, long sleeves for arm protection, and fabrics rated UPF 50+. For cold early starts, add a hi vis fleece or jacket you can take off as the day warms up.

Does your hi vis meet Australian standards?

Most hi vis garments we sell come from major Australian workwear brands and are made to AS/NZS 4602.1. The standard is listed on each product where the brand supplies it.

Can I try hi vis on before I buy?

Yes. We carry samples of popular styles at our Wangara store, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm. Call 08 9240 1600 before visiting if you are after a specific item as we do not carry stock, but we can order it for you before you arrive.

Can I mix sizes and styles in one order for the same logo?

Yes. As long as the logo is the same size on every garment, you can mix and match shirts, polos, hoodies and sizes in one order. You can also mix male and female styles and colours of clothing.
