Sizes are waist-based, such as 77 to 132, in R (regular), S (stout) and L (long) fits. Some styles run up to 152. Check the size chart on each product page.
Hi vis overalls and Australian standards
Hi vis overalls are made to AS/NZS 4602.1, which sets the garment design and the class: D for day use, N for night use and D/N for day and night. The fluorescent colour and the reflective tape are specified in AS/NZS 1906.4. A hi vis overall with tape is the one to wear when you work near traffic, plant or at night. Check your site rules for the class you need.

Flame retardant coveralls
Flame retardant coveralls are for work with fire, heat or arc flash risk. Our range includes the DNC Flamearc HRC2 Day/Night Coverall 3482 at $303.99, the Bisley Apex 185 FR Ripstop Coverall BC8478T at $328.99 and the Hard Yakka FR Taped Coverall Y00055 at $332.99. Ordinary cotton drill and poly cotton overalls are not flame resistant. The standard each FR coverall is tested to is stated on its product page, so check it against your site's risk assessment. Work overalls: frequently asked questions
What is the difference between overalls and coveralls?
Overalls usually leave the arms free, as in bib and brace and action back styles, and are worn over a shirt. Coveralls are a one-piece suit with sleeves, zipped up the front. Coveralls give full body cover and suit dirty or dusty work.
Which overalls are best for mechanics and workshops?
Bib and brace and action back overalls in cotton drill are the usual choice. They are tough, breathable and washable. See the Hard Yakka Y01010 or the DNC 3121.
Do you have white overalls for painters?
