Where in Perth can I get custom printed t-shirts?

What customisation options do you offer for t-shirts?

We offer the below options for branded t-shirts:

• Embroidery – for a classier left breast logo only but we prefer t-shirts be printed as they look much better.
• Screen Printing – best for large runs as there is a minimum of 11 prints due to the screen setup costs. This is the ideal embellishment method for t-shirts as the prints last for ages. Limitations include multi coloured logos or gradient fills; this can be done but the cost goes up considerable.  
• Digital Printing – more suited for complicated logos and prints, smaller orders including single t-shirts, the prints only last about 20 washes.

What print positions are common on t-shirts?

• Left breast
• Right breast
• Back nape

How long will it take to print a t-shirt?

It all depends on the brand of t-shirts as some t-shirts such as AS Colour come from VIC and take a while coming in. Generally, from artwork approval the production will take about 2 weeks, if you have an urgent deadline we can also cater for quick turnarounds depending on how bust we are. Quickest turnaround t-shirts are the Jb’s and Biz Collection brands.

Will my t-shirt print size change with every size?

Unfortunately, this takes too much time, and we do not cater for nesting. Generally, we select the best size for adult tees and the best size for the smallest kids tees and print them with the same design and size in the size range. A screen will be setup for an adult size and a screen for the kid’s sizes only and the left breast sometimes work for all so this setup cost is minimised.

Do you only print t-shirts in bulk, or can you also do a single t-shirt?

We cater for all business big and small. Bulk orders are generally screen printed and single t-shirts are digitally printed right here in Perth if the correct print files are supplied to avoid artwork vectoring charges. For an exact and precise colour match we use PMS colour codes for screen printing to align and adhere to your corporate branding and uniformity.

Can I get a sample print or embroidery before branding the t-shirts?

Generally, we do not, we supply full artwork proofs for approval only. If required, we can prepare an embroidery or digital print sample for approval at a charge. For screen printing we can do it, but the charge will be considerably higher.

 Do t-shirts come in sizes for men, women and kids?

Yes, they do, in fact some of the well-known brand styles will cover the full population with matching colours and styles. Men’s sizes range from S-5XL with some styles going up to a 12/13XL such as the JB'S Cotton Tee 1HT. Women sizes generally range between 6-24 while kid’s t-shirts are from a 2-16. As Colour tees also cater not just for kids but also carry youth sizes as in the As Colour kids tee 3005 and the As Colour Youth tee 3006.

Most supplies will have a general fit, sort of a one fit for all, but with premium brands like AS Colour the below fits are available:
